There were 38 active Fawn Lake real estate listings with only one that sold. There were eight new listings were posted and one under contract and six placed under contract with contingencies. The average median sold price was $510,000 and the buyer used conventional financing. The average days on the market based on this one home sale was 128. The average list to sold price ratio was 92.7%.
There are a variety of available homes in Fawn Lake right now. There are 4 in the $300k to $399k range. Seven available in the $400k to $499k range. Six active in the $500k to $599k price range.
