with all the bells and whistles with a grand foyer and double staircase in 2009.
It had over 17000 Square feet of finished living space. It was on the market
for 36 days and went to auction. The buyer paid cash of $1,595,000.
The last of the magnificent three
was located at 402 Hanover Street in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA. This home had
5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It was built historically in 1888. The size was just less
than 4500 square feet. It was only on the market for two days. The buyer opted
to use conventional financing to purchase at $1,100,000.
